1.Start eating a 6 small healthy meals a day.

2.Stop eating an unhealthy food and snacks between meals.

3.Start exercising  today. If you do not have enough time, use the stairs at work or walk during the break. Do something that will have benefits on your hearth.

4.Choose your meals twice a week . Take your favorite food (pizza, lasagna, spaghetti ...). It will be a reward for your healthy diet during the week.

5.Don't blame yourself. Losing weight is more a state of mind and way of life.
