Seven-day diet
      The "seven-day" diet will allow you to eat your favorite food on certain days. Thanks to this diet, you can detoxify your body while melting pounds. If you implement this diet properly you can lose up to 7 kg for 7 days.




Diet plan:

Monday: Eat as much fruit as you can and drink fruit juice. Forbidden fruit is just a banana.

Tuesday: Consume as you like fruit and vegetable soup.

Wednesday: This day combine the foods that you ate for the previous two days (fruits, juices, vegetables, vegetable soup).

Thursday: Eat five bananas and drink five glasses of milk. Some versions of this diet recommends to eat 8 bananas in combination with 4 cups of milk.

The following three days of the diet include same menu for each day.

Friday: eat 4 pieces of meat grilled (85g chicken, 85g beef and 85g fish). Combine the meat with unlimited amount of vegetables.

Saturday: eat 4 pieces of meat grilled (85g chicken, 85g 85g beef and fish). Combine the meat with unlimited green vegetables.

Sunday: eat 4 pieces of meat grilled (85g chicken, 85g 85g beef and fish). Combine the meat with unlimited green vegetables.




What is the effect?
      "Seven-day" diet is a strict diet and is not balanced. Therefore its hard for the body and you can feel flabby and tired while you implement this diet.
      Indeed the loss of 7 kilograms a week seems really good, but experts do not recommend this diet for long-term maintenance of weight.
